Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep your paid access until the end of the billing period, then move back to Free.
How do I invite family members?
After upgrading, go to Me → Subscription → Invite member. Enter their BondBridge account email. They are upgraded instantly — up to 5 members total including you.
What counts as a message?
Every reply from BB — whether in your personal companion, a Pal visitor chat, or Hey BB in a circle — uses one message. The 100/month limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. BondBridge never stores your card details.
