Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade at any time. If you cancel, you keep Family access until the end of your billing period, then move back to Free.
How do I invite family members?
After upgrading, go to Me → Subscription → Invite member. Enter their BondBridge account email. They are upgraded instantly — up to 5 members total including you.
What counts as a message?
Every reply from BB — whether in your personal companion, a Pal visitor chat, or Hey BB in a circle — uses one message. The 100/month limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Is payment secure?
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. BondBridge never stores your card details.
